1. General Terms

By using the website www.callifa.com and placing an order with Callifa Clothing (“we”, “our”, “us”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and that you provide accurate, complete and current information when placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes; colours and finishes may vary slightly due to device settings or manufacturing. We reserve the right to revise product offerings or pricing at any time.

Prices are listed in EUR (or your chosen currency) and are exclusive of shipping, duties and taxes unless stated.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before processing. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal (and any others you specify). All payments are encrypted and secure.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Europe: approx. 3-14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and shipping method.
    (Note: These are estimates only.)

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on product size/weight, destination and quantity. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the package is handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our pricing and are your responsibility.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery or refusal, we may contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost or cancel the order. Re-shipping charges may apply.

5. Taxes

We collect VAT or other applicable taxes in accordance with EU/Denmark law where required. For shipments outside the EU, you may be liable for import taxes or customs duties which are not covered by us.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only when a product is defective, damaged or incorrect (wrong item/design). To initiate a claim you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photograph(s) of the defect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour preference. If your claim is approved, we will at our discretion either send a replacement or refund the product purchase price (shipping cost may be excluded).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product designs, logos and graphics, are owned by Callifa Clothing and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability to you in relation to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website is governed by our Cookie & Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer laws dictate otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Shipping & Delivery

We handle shipping worldwide (primarily Europe). Here are our general guidelines:

  • Estimated delivery to Europe: 3-14 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping cost is shown at checkout and depends on product type, destination and quantity.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees your country imposes.

  • If a package is returned due to address issues or failure to collect, we may charge a re-shipping fee or cancel the order.

  • For any address changes after you’ve submitted your order, please contact us immediately; changes are not guaranteed and may incur extra cost or delay.

Free Shipping

If a free-shipping promotion applies, it will be clearly specified at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Returns & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Returns or refunds are only accepted if:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or variant) due to our error.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue and photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept:

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered, wrong colour preference).

  • Items that have been worn, washed or used.

  • Final sale items (if indicated as such).

Refund Process

If approved:

  • We will issue a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping unless stated otherwise).

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

  • If a replacement is chosen instead of a refund, we will arrange shipment of the new item.

Lost or Undelivered Items

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as new orders and may incur additional shipping and handling fees which you are responsible for. We may choose to facilitate an exchange only in special cases.
